**Job Overview**:TechUp Labs is a product-based IT company. We're working on two of our in-house products & a variety of partnered products across different domains like health, education, etc.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team.

**Skills**:
**-* Design Strategy **-* User Research **-* Usability Testing **-* User Flow & Journey Mapping Storyboarding **-* Persona Construction Competitive & Heuristic Analysis Information Architecture - High & Low Fidelity Wireframing Rapid Prototyping - Motion & Interaction Design Visual Design **-* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products using Figma. **-** Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features, plugins, and collaborative capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and iterate on user interfaces for our digital products using Figma.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
