**Job Description - Product Designer**

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design of digital products by determining how to leverage next generation technologies to re-imagine and transform existing, inefficient processes and experiences. You will be executing end-to-end product design for new digital products, processes, and reports.
You will research, brainstorm, and conceptualize the design of digitally-enabled user-centered solutions.

You will act as an advocate for the end user in all product design decisions. You will develop and implement design standards and best practices for digital product development to ensure consistency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement new designs for Brring assets (Website, Application, Digital campaigns,

Educational content, Blogs, Learning articles etc.)
- Working closely with cross functional teams - Product, Business Development, Operations, Marketing etc. to develop elegant design solutions to improve the overall user experience on the platform
- Develop a deep understanding of product vision and requirements to finalize design concept ensuring design goals are aligned to product goals
- Estimating time and resourcing for your projects and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Communicating design ideas and prototypes to engineering teams
- Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback
- Making sure standardization and brand is communicated through all the designs across teams
- Designing functional, precise, and consistent mock-ups for major product features
- Ensuring very high quality of all the products that we deploy

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of product design experience in a product-based company. Start-up experience is an added advantage
- Ability to think from first principles and solve problems in a creative manner
- Details matter to you - Every time you visit a website or an app, you notice the tiniest details about its interface and experience and think of how it could have been designed better
- You are comfortable using design tools - Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) etc.
- Strong grasp of grid systems, typography, and underlying design layout/composition principles
- Should have an ability to think of creating a scalable design systems and asset libraries so that you can design efficiently and quickly onboard other designers onto projects. Comfortable in fluid and ambiguous environment
- Prior experience working with engineers to give feedback on implementation to match mock-up’s or strong HTML/CSS skills

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
