Account Executive

**Job description**

**Title: Junior Accounts Executive**

**Location**: This person need to work from Pune and Solapur location.

**Experience Required**: 0-3 years

**Note**:_**The role involves traveling between Pune and Solapur every 20-30 days.**_

**Education Qualification**: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Bookkeeping & Accounting**:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Update and manage ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

2. **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.

3. **Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and process invoices.
- Ensure timely payment collection and vendor payouts.

4. **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in GST filing and TDS compliance.
- Support during audits and tax filing processes.

5. **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Support senior accountants in data analysis and budgeting.

6. **Other Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.=

**Skills & Competencies Required**:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho ,QuickBooks, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
