**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Counseling**:

- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to reach potential students and parents, introducing them to Leaders Education Centre's programs.
- Promote training courses Offer personalised course counselling to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and convert leads into enrollments
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, adopting a results-driven approach.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Centre’s courses to effectively market them.
- Innovate and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide regular updates to management.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- **Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of outbound tele sales experience in an International call center (Mandatory preferably within the education sector.
- Fluency in English is required (Original Natural Accent)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
- Assist in the development and improvement of the counseling and enrollment process.
- Proactive and creative, with a willingness to contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
