To abide by the values and rules of the hotel
To report on duty punctuality wearing the correct uniform, name badge and being well groomed.
Read the log book and hand overbook and take action for incomplete job.
Print the expected arrivals, in house guests and vacant rooms report
Check the room position of the day
Block group or crew room position of the Day
Check the messages in hold and ensure all guests message are dispatched in time
Ensure that “C” Forms report is printed, signed are sent to FRRO before 1300 hours
Housekeeping discrepancy to be verified at 1000 hours and 1900 hours any discrepancy brought to the attention of the Duty Manager
A.D register entries to be checked
Actions and follow up to be noted in the Log Book
Check the expected arrivals and the VIP movement of the day in coordination with the GRE.Any specific follow up remark mentioned on profile to be highlighted and action ensured
Check if all the retentions have been charged properly for the last night
Periodical month end filling to be done
Check the market segment report on a daily basis to ensure the right code is entered and monitor the errors for rectification
Coach and counsel F.O Assistant to keep on high standards of performance
Keep the Management informed of day to day activities either staff related or Guest related issues
Schedule and follow up monthly training programme and attendance of team members attending the programme
Coach and counsel Front office Assistant
Keep a tab on the employee performance
Keep management informed of day to day activity staff related or guests related
**Qualifications**:
Education : Graduation
Professional Qualification : Craft Course in Front Office,
Basic of Computers
**Additional Information**:
Language : English ,Hindi preferably a
foreign language
Experience : Minimum 1 years experience in
3 star hotel at the same level or
2/3 years experience as
