**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality Ro service, maintenance, and repair as per company standards.
- Handle customer appointments professionally and ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify service requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records in good condition.
- Build strong customer relationships through polite and professional behavior.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols during service.
- Report work completion and updates through the company app/portal.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in (RO) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and Service/repair techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within Gurgaon.
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass (ITI/Diploma preferred but not mandatory).
