We’re seeking a qualified, passionate & dedicated supply executive to help us build and manage our vehicle inventory along with our supply network of vehicle operators.

We’re looking for a young supply enthusiast to join our team and help SimplyTrip make a significant change in the travel industry as a whole.

**Role & Responsibilities -**

**1. Assist sales team with their inquiries and help them to confirm bookings**
**Key actions -**
I. Understand travel inquiries thoroughly, provide pricing and availability of vehicles to the sales team without any delay.
II. Negotiate with the vehicle operators to ensure competitive pricing is given to the sales team/customer.
III. Frequently provide updates to the sales team about the vehicles available to book on peak travels dates.

**2. Adequate inventory should be available for the sales team**
**Key actions -**

I. Find new vehicle operators and onboard good-quality vehicles.
II. Build and maintain strong relationships with the vehicle operators.
III. Have a pre-hand insight of vehicles that are available to book.

**3. To manage bookings and provide a wonderful & pleasant travel experience to customers**
**Key actions -**
I. Assign good quality vehicles & operators and ensure all booking details are communicated accurately to vehicle operators.
II. Review all the booking details thoroughly to avoid any issues during the customer’s journey.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and good command of Hindi language
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vehicle operators.
- Basic business acumen and good at Maths.
- Understanding of basic Economics, Market Dynamics, Demand & Supply Principles.
- Basic computer skills

**Working hours**: 11 AM - 8 PM

**Working days**:6 days working, Monday or Tuesday are off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
