**Role: Production Support**

**Location : Chennai/ Hyderabad (Onsite)**

**Timings: 2.30 PM to 12.00 AM IST**

**Notice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 30 days**
- Must be able to understand the data supply chain from source system to reports and be able to troubleshoot issues and gaps effectively.
- Must know SQL and be able to query the database to look for the data in the tables.
- Must know Power BI and should be able to navigate through reports and be able to pinpoint areas of issues.
- Triage to determine what the issue may be and route the request to the right party for resolution.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Work with developers to determine solutions.
- Document the issues and solutions and root cause analysis.

Shift:

- Evening shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Production Support: 5 years (preferred)
- Power BI: 3 years (preferred)
- SQL: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
