Job Description as follows:
CTC Salary: Standard Hike based on Total Experience & Current CTC + Variables

Job Location: Goregaon, Lower Parel, Bandra East and West, Juhu, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu offerings, including coffee, beverages, and food options.

Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and addressing inquiries or special requests.

Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Operate espresso machines and other brewing equipment efficiently and safely.

Maintaining Standards:
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on menu changes, seasonal offerings, and promotions.

Educate customers about coffee and food pairings to enhance their experience.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting low-stock items.

Sales Support:
Upsell additional products such as pastries, sandwiches, or beverages to maximize sales.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a café or QSR environment.

**Skills**:Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Attitude:
Passion for coffee and French cuisine.

Positive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
