You will be working as FES Panel Builder, reporting to Sales Manager - Product for Electrification business area, Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities

**Your responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing distributors and motivating them to grow
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target - product wise or channel wise
- Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis
- Responsible for order generation to the tune of 50 MINR
- Coordinating with team leader and all stake holders
- Generating reports daily and monthly

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-user handling and panel builder sales
- Experience working on MCB, breakers and control products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
