**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Planning**: Collaborate with the household members to create and regularly update menus that align with their culinary preferences and dietary requirements.

**Food Preparation**: Execute and present a wide range of dishes, showcasing culinary excellence, incorporating local Kerala cuisine, international cuisines, and occasional fast food favorites.

**Inventory Management**: Manage kitchen inventory efficiently, including ingredient sourcing, quality control, and budget adherence.

**Quality Control**: Maintain impeccable standards in taste, presentation, portion sizes, and overall dining experience. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections.

**Special Events**: Plan and prepare exceptional meals for special occasions and gatherings hosted at the residence.

**Health and Safety**: Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, hygienic kitchen environment.

**Discretion**: Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while working within the private household.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Private Chef in private residences or exclusive culinary environments.
- Culinary degree or certification from a renowned culinary school.
- Proficiency in local Kerala cuisine, international cuisines, and fast food concepts.
- Strong culinary skills encompassing traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.
- Extensive experience working outside Kerala is preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing culinary preferences and dietary requirements.
- Physical stamina and the ability to maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Willingness to live on the premises or in close proximity to the residence.
