We are looking for a skilled and reliable ecommerce computer operator to manage and maintain our online sales channels. As an ecommerce computer operator, you will be responsible for uploading new product data, managing inventory data, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce platforms. You will also collaborate with the IT team, the marketing team, and the customer service team to provide a seamless and satisfying online shopping experience for our customers.

**Job Duties**:

- Upload new product data to our ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information.
- Manage inventory data, updating stock levels, availability, and prices of products across our ecommerce platforms.
- Process orders, verifying payment details, generating invoices, and tracking shipments.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or errors that may arise on our ecommerce platforms, reporting them to the IT team and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and security of our ecommerce platforms, following the best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers on our ecommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to our ecommerce platforms.
- Perform regular backups and maintenance of our ecommerce platforms, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ecommerce, suggesting and implementing improvements and enhancements to our ecommerce platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
