1. Delivery Operations:
Safely and promptly deliver packages or products to customers' locations using the
designated delivery vehicle.
Follow the assigned route and schedule to optimize delivery efficiency.
2. Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional
and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
3. Package Handling:
Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation.
Verify the accuracy of packages before delivery.
4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, destination, and any issues
encountered.
Collect customer signatures upon delivery.
5. Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the assigned delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
6. Adherence to Policies:
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
7. Communication:
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other delivery personnel.
Report any delays, issues, or emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:
1. B. Com / Graduate.
2. Valid driver's license for [Specify type of vehicle, e.g., motorcycle, car].
3. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
4. Familiarity with the local area and routes.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Physical fitness to lift and carry packages.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
