**Job Title**: Delivery Boy

**Responsibilities**:

- **Package Delivery**: Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers' addresses.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Interact politely with customers, answer any delivery-related questions, and handle customer complaints.
- **Handling Goods**: Load and unload goods onto the delivery vehicle.
- **Documentation**: Obtain signatures and ensure proper documentation for delivered packages.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- **Safety**: Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and geography.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of packages.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.

**Desired Experience**:

- Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LMV License (preferred)
