Quotation Executive
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, technical) to gather necessary information for quote creation.

- Analyze costs of materials, services, and logistics to ensure profitability in quotations.
- Maintain updated cost databases and vendor price lists.
- Maintain organized records of all quotations sent, received feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all quotations are documented and archived as per company policy.
- Work with ERP or CRM systems to input and track quotations.
- Update quotation templates and standard pricing formats as needed.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
- Assist in tender preparation or large project quotations, if applicable.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor pricing to create effective and competitive quotes.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Double-check all figures and specifications for accuracy before sending to clients.
