You will constantly be seeking out new trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporating them into your work to ensure that our designs are always ahead of the curve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop innovative design concepts that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design and develop interactive elements and animations using interaction tools such as After Effects, ProtoPie, and Framer.
- Develop design assets and maintain design systems that enable efficient and consistent design processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, user experience, and technology.
- Pitch design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Provide design support for various marketing and product development initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong visual and graphic design skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills, with a strong vision for storytelling through interactive experiences.
- Strong knowledge of interaction tools such as After Effects, ProtoPie, and Framer.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative design concepts, interactive elements, and strong UI/UX design skills.

**Experience Range**:3 - 6 years
