Profile Summary
We are looking for a **Client Relationship Executive** to strengthen and manage client relationships by ensuring consistent communication, client satisfaction, and effective issue resolution. This role focuses on retaining existing clients, providing top-notch service, and driving more business opportunities from ongoing partnerships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Acquire new clients via direct contact, referrals, and word-of-mouth networking.
- Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms and pricing.
- Conduct **quality assurance** on delivered documents including research articles, review articles, and books.
- Keep clients updated about the latest services, offerings, and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of representatives providing customer support.
- Troubleshoot client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- **Education**: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
- Knowledge of **research theses, journals, and academic publishing** is an added advantage.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Research and development skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
