An **Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer** is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems used in various environments such as corporate offices, conference rooms, auditoriums, event venues, and broadcasting studios. Their role involves setting up sound systems, video conferencing solutions, display screens, and lighting equipment to ensure seamless communication and multimedia experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement **audio-visual systems**, including speakers, microphones, projectors, LED screens, and video conferencing tools.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot **AV hardware and software** for smooth functionality.
- Configure and integrate **AV equipment with IT networks** for remote access and control.
- Provide **technical support** for live events, meetings, and corporate presentations.
- Maintain and repair **AV equipment** to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with **event managers, IT teams, and clients** to understand and fulfill AV requirements.
- Stay updated with **new AV technologies**, industry trends, and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **audio systems, video equipment, and lighting setups**.
- Familiarity with **AV control systems** like Crestron, Extron, or AMX.
- Experience in **video conferencing platforms** like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex.
- Understanding of **networking concepts** related to AV integration.
- Problem-solving skills to **troubleshoot AV issues** effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during **live events or critical meetings**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field**.
- Certifications in **CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Dante, AVIXA, or Extron** are a plus.
- **2+ years of experience** in AV installation, support, or engineering.

**Work Environment**:

- AV engineers may work in **corporate offices, educational institutions, hotels, event venues, and media production houses**.
- The job often requires **on-site visits, travel, and flexible working hours**, especially for live event support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
