**Job description**:

- Identifying and monetisation of brand association opportunities across the new content pipeline and other IPs (Movies/Web-Series/Music Videos) developed
- Meet revenue targets for in-film integrations, brand associations and partnerships for IPs (Movies/Web-Series)
- Exploring new channels for growth and leading their end-to-end execution

**Must-Have**:

- 3+ of experience in Sales & Marketing (IPs Sponsorships or In-film Branding, Brand Partnership)
- Deep understanding of the Entertainment Industry, Film Industry.
- Robust understanding of brand engagement & Partnership and understanding of new-age trends in monetization and branding.
- Expert in Planning, Research & Execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Good to Have**
- Self-starter and hustling attitude: Ability to move the entire team constructively in order to make things happen
- Strong Communication Skills
- Higher EQ
