**Program Associate/Lead
- Hosur**

**Job description**

Looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to conduct disability sensitization workshops and trainings to create societal impact. This requires constant oversight in the disability space and social cause to ensure activities are being performed, Also should be good in collecting data to analyse performance and reporting on progress of workshops and engagements. If the project is not being implemented to satisfaction, the associate should identify problems and correct as needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up, Manage, coordinate and supervise the center
- Need analysis for community and educational partners (Private and Govt)
- Conducting meetings, interviews, and special events for schools, parent and students.
- Prepares reports related to outreach activities, enrollment and other activities.
- Researches, develops, and maintains programmatic relevance related to trends and shifts in student demographics.
- Maintain documentation of exiting schools
- Conceptualizing, organizing, end to end managing the workshops
- Ability to motivate and lead volunteers to create impact
- Knowledge of different causes and in particular disability will be preferred
- Position requires frequent travel to various area schools, organizations, and community organizations.

**Educational Requirement**
- Graduate
- Masters preferred
- Specialization on social cause

**Experience**
- Increasingly responsible (2-4 years of full-time equivalent) experience in education or community outreach and event coordination.

**Salary**: ₹12,327.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hosur - 635109, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
