The role of the admin is to handle our company website and arrange material to complete customer orders. In this position, you will be the point of contact with our customers to handle their queries which will be through chat, calls and need to coordinate with team & management.

*Responsibility:*

1. Managing customers orders with team to regulate and ship.

2. Handling customer enquiries

3. Troubleshoot customer problems and drive solutions

4. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams

3. Good computer knowledge
