We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward (KST) to join our team and contribute to the seamless functioning of our kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and sanitization.
- Follow established protocols for proper handling and storage of kitchen utensils, cookware, and supplies.
- Assist the kitchen team in the timely and efficient cleaning of food preparation and cooking areas.
- Ensure that all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas meet or exceed hygiene standards.
- Empty trash and recycling containers regularly, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to receive and organize deliveries of kitchen supplies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and report any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward (KST) or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and cleaning materials.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
