**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize GPS tracking systems and software to monitor the real-time location and movement of company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations, routes, and historical data.
- Analyze tracking data to identify inefficiencies in vehicle routes and suggest improvements to optimize fuel usage, reduce travel time, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and fleet managers to coordinate vehicle assignments and prioritize tasks based on location and availability.
- Update responsible work from home, if any during week offs
- Respond promptly to any issues or discrepancies in tracking data, including identifying and troubleshooting technical problems with tracking devices.
- Generate reports and performance metrics related to vehicle tracking and fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding vehicle tracking and monitoring.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation management
- Knowledge of E-way bill and extension of validity
- Previous experience working with GPS tracking systems and software preferred.
- Should understand the responsibility of working in the operations department, since they must resolve issues at any time.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
