**Job Summary**

Flo Mattress is urgently hiring a **Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive** for our office in **Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai**.

The role involves **influencer outreach, campaign management, and reporting**, with a chance to own campaigns end-to-end at one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands.

**Fluency in Kannada or Telugu (at least one) is mandatory.**

**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office, Mon-Sat)
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year (influencer/social media marketing)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (in-hand)
**Start Date**: Immediate joiner preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research & shortlist** influencers aligned with brand goals.
- **Reach out, pitch collaborations**& negotiate deliverables.
- **Plan, execute & monitor** influencer campaigns across platforms.
- Coordinate briefs, **timelines & content delivery.**:

- Build & **maintain influencer database**& relationships.
- **Track campaign performance**(reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Work **with** **content/design teams**for brand alignment.

**Requirements (Must-Haves)**
- 6 months - 1 year experience in **influencer or social media marketing**.
- Fluency in **either Kannada or Telugu** (mandatory).
- Good **communication & negotiation skills**.
- Basic **Excel skills** for reporting & tracking.
