**Job Summary**

**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site, Mon-Sat)
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in influencer or social media marketing
**CTC**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Start Date**: Immediate joiner preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and **shortlist influencers**aligned with brand goals.
- Reach out, **pitch collaborations, and negotiate deliverables** and pricing.
- Plan, execute, and monitor **influencer campaigns** across platforms.
- **Coordinate** briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and content delivery.
- **Maintain** relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
- Build and **maintain an influencer database.**:

- Track and **report campaign performance**(reach, engagement, impressions, ROI).
- **Collaborate** with content/design teams for brand-aligned campaigns.

**Requirements (Must-Haves)**
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in **influencer/social media marketing**.
- Fluency in **Kannada or Telugu** (both preferred).
- Good **communication & negotiation skills**.
- Basic **Excel skills** for reporting & tracking.
