**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
As a Piping Designer, you will ensure compliance to design standards and process requirements, and will propose optimized designs to meet the budget and construction strategy.

While on projects, you will:
Be a part of team of piping designers and will answer to a piping lead

Be in charge of a specific set of tasks in the project, or a specific area of the plant

Provide technical support to the project team
**Based on the project’s strategy, you will have to manage following tasks**:

- **Perform the piping studies in a 3D CAD software based on PID’s, mode the equipments, the pipelines, the steel structures, the instrumentation etc**
- **Implement the supports required based on the state of the art or based on the stress calculation notes**
- **Prepare the necessary documents and drawings required for the procurement and erection of piping (isometrics, support books, piping drawings etc)**
- **Generate the civil and steel structure guide drawings**
- **Check the vendor drawings (pumps, compressors, instruments etc) and provide comments**
- **Check the steel structure and civil detail drawings for compliance with the piping studie sand provide comments**
- **Ensure the compliance between the PID’s, isometrics and stress calculation notes**
- **Participate to the 3D Model Reviews organized by the Subject Matter Expert**

**Are you a MATCH?**:
**You own a Level 5 degree in piping design or mechanical design**

**You already have 5 years of experience in an engineering company in the field of O&G or Chemicals as a piping designer.**

**You speak fluently English.**

**You are used to working as part of a team and are not afraid of new challenges.**

**You are able to travel several weeks at a time overseas.**

**You are fully trained on the software Hexagon SmartPlant 3D**
