**Greet and Seat Guests**: Welcome guests as they arrive, assist them in finding suitable seating arrangements, and provide menus.
- **Take Orders**: Accurately record guests' food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- **Serve Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders to guests' tables efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- **Provide Recommendations**: Offer menu suggestions and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- **Ensure Guest Satisfaction**: Monitor guests' dining experiences, anticipate their needs, and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- **Assist with Setup and Breakdown**: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and table settings before service and help with cleaning and resetting tables after guests leave.
- **Handle Payments**: Process guests' payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- **Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Standards**: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff members.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with other team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- **Upsell and Cross-Sell**: Promote additional menu items, drinks, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Attend Training Sessions**: Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
