Waiter Waitress and Housekeeping Staff Position Waitress Location The Morni Resort and The Morni Farm Stay Reports to General Manager Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join our team at The Morni Resort and The Morni Farm Stay The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience You will be responsible for taking orders serving food and beverages and handling guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and efficient manner Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly Present menus answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate Order Management Take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale POS system Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff clearly Food and Beverage Service Deliver orders from the kitchen and bar to the guests tables accurately and efficiently Ensure all food is presented correctly and a high standard of service is maintained Table Maintenance Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met Clear tables of used dishes and glassware and prepare the table for the next guests Payment Processing Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash credit cards and other forms of payment Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintain a clean and organized work area including tables chairs and service stations Adhere to all health and safety regulations Team Collaboration Work effectively with kitchen staff hosts and other team members to ensure smooth service and a great dining experience for all guests Qualifications Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items Familiarity with POS systems A professional and polished appearance Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages To Apply If you are a motivated and service-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality we encourage you to apply send us your resume 9888213100 Warm Regards Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 9 183 04 - 18 340 93 per month Benefits Food provided Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
