**Role**: Business Development Executive: Sales: 15 Nos.
**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development Executive**:
- 2-5 years of sales experience with target achievement.
- Able to perform sales activities at an individual level as well as team level.
- Should be able to understand customer behavior and predict sales accordingly
- Communication and Coordination with the prospective customers & leads.
- Understand the requirements and evaluates the prospects/leads
- Communicate, negotiate, and convince the prospects with business values
- Closes the business deals and builds a long-term business rapport with clients.
- Work always towards goals and achievements as an individual as well as a team player
- Work as per business needs and organization guidelines to ensure desired results.
- Prepare and submit reports on a daily basis and maintain professional standards and qualities.
- Must be able to perform from the first month.
**Qualification**: Graduates
**Experiences**:Min. 2- 5 years of Sales Experience
**Skills**:Good attitude, Good Communication Skills, Result-oriented, Ability to build rapport with leads and customers, Decision-making skills, Good team player, Smart to close the deals and achieve the targets.
**Working Hours**:
- 10 AM to 7 PM; (6-days working in a week, Sunday off).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
