**Responsibilities**:

- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on thorough assessments and evaluations of students with Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Learning Disability.
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and instructional techniques to address the cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students.
- Utilize assistive technology and specialized resources to support learning and enhance accessibility for students with diverse needs.
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust instructional strategies and interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with other members of the educational team, including teachers, therapists, counsellors, and administrators, to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and guardians to provide updates on student progress, discuss concerns, and solicit input for educational planning.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to measure student growth and identify areas for further development.
- Provide support and guidance to classroom teachers and support staff on implementing accommodations and modifications to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in the field of special education, particularly as they relate to Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Learning Disability.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. in Special Education or a related field.
- State certification or licensure in Special Education (if required).
- Specialized training or certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disability, or Learning Disability preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs, particularly Autism, Intellectual Disability, or Learning Disability.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles, instructional strategies, and behaviour management techniques tailored to individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward supporting the unique strengths and challenges of individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to adapt and respond flexibly to the changing needs of students and the educational environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes and data collection.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of special education.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
