Job Title: Phlebotomist

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples using venipuncture, fingersticks, or other methods.

Ensure proper labeling and handling of all specimens to avoid contamination or errors.

Verify patient identity and medical history prior to sample collection.

Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the equipment and work area.

Follow laboratory procedures and protocols for specimen handling, testing, and storage.

Monitor and manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies.

Provide excellent patient care by addressing concerns and minimizing discomfort during the procedure.

Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or certification in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology.

Proven experience as a phlebotomist (1-3 years preferred).

Proficiency in venipuncture and other blood collection techniques.

Strong understanding of laboratory protocols and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment:
Clean, safe, and professional laboratory setting.

Interaction with patients and medical staff daily.

Regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting required.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
