Key Responsibilities
- **Sample Collection and Processing**:Collecting patient samples, such as blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids, then preparing and processing them for analysis.
- **Performing Tests**:Conducting a variety of laboratory tests according to standard procedures and protocols to analyze samples.
- **Equipment Operation**:Operating, calibrating, and maintaining various laboratory instruments, including automated equipment and microscopes.
- **Data Management**:Accurately recording, logging, and managing test data and results in patients' medical records.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of test results by performing quality control checks and monitoring procedures.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Adhering to all laboratory safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and organizational policies, including handling hazardous waste.
- **Reporting**:Interpreting and presenting findings, preparing reports based on laboratory tests, and discussing results with physicians.
- **Lab Maintenance**:Maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and adequate supply levels within the laboratory environment.

Minimum Qualification required : Bsc MLT

Required 1-3 years experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
