**Key Duties**:

- Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and company software.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Scan, organize, and file documents digitally or physically as required.
- Generate reports and retrieve data when requested by management.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards for data entry tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.
- Maintain updated records of invoices, customer details, inventory logs, etc.
- Report any system-related or data inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed.
- Ensure the secure handling of sensitive or confidential information.
- Support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
