**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and repair of electric motors, pumps, and related equipment
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot motor-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in installing new motor systems or upgrading existing ones

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a motor technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of electrical motor systems and components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in motor repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
