**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, verify, and maintain client documents for various loan products.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and signatures.
- Enter and manage accurate customer data in Excel/CRM software.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Support front-end sales and telecalling teams with backend documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in loan processing / banking / finance back-office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with personal, home, and business loan documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
