Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Back-End Executive with 1–2 years of experience in loan processing or banking operations. The candidate will handle customer documentation, data entry, and coordination with banks and internal teams for smooth processing of personal loans, home loans, business loans, and loans against property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and maintain client documents for various loan products.
• Prepare and update customer files, KYC records, and loan application forms.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents and signatures.
• Enter and manage accurate customer data in Excel/CRM software.
• Track application status, approvals, and disbursements.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS and performance reports.
• Support front-end sales and telecalling teams with backend documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in loan processing / banking / finance back-office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with personal, home, and business loan documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
