**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing Western casual wear collections (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.).
- Create mood boards and sketches based on current trends and brand aesthetics.
- Develop tech packs, patterns, and detailed specifications for production.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and finalize designs.
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors.
- Work on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- (Interns) Support senior designers with design-related tasks and brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or degree in fashion design, têxtile design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for freshers or interns).
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software.
- Strong creativity, an eye for detail, and an understanding of fashion trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to freshers, final-year students, and graduates eager to start their careers in fashion design.
