**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily responsible for graphic asset creation - this includes key art, thumbnail images, flyers, social media banners, invitations, image resizing, invitations, apparel/merchandise art design, and more.
- Create 2d & 3d animated videos/motion graphics for social media.
- Creation of graphic elements for company presentations, events, website and marketing assets.
- Design templates and daily graphics for social media posts across all Brands. Assist in the creation of still graphics for the digital and streaming Brands.
- Incorporate revisions per feedback as appropriate, ensuring approved layouts conform to style guides.
- Perform photo retouching and enhancements as necessary.
- Contribute to and maintain style guides/online design libraries to accompany final project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

**Requirements**:
Strong digital design portfolio - we’re looking for quality over quantity.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in the AEC industry.
