**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, orders, and requests.
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the system with attention to detail.
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in all areas of the establishment, including dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to support efficient operations.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including cleaning, setup, and teardown tasks.
- Uphold company policies and procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
