Job Purpose:This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse digital marketing platforms to drive data-informed decision-making across KFC’s Middle East markets. Based in Sharjah, UAE, the position plays a pivotal role in optimizing performance marketing campaigns, identifying market trends, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Working in close partnership with the KFC brand team, the role supports performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels—including Meta, Google, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms—as well as in-app analytics from the KFC app. With oversight across several Middle East markets, the role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations that fuel growth and enhance campaign effectiveness regionally.The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in retail, media, agency, advertising, or F&B sectors, with the ability to connect data-driven insights to impactful business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and AnalysisGather data from advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads) and in-app analytics tools (e.g., Clever Tap, Firebase)Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning and validating data sourcesAnalyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV, and conversion ratesPerformance ReportingDevelop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across campaigns and marketsProvide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendationsMonitor trends in marketing data to identify opportunities for optimizationCampaign OptimizationCollaborate with the Digital Marketing teams/ agency to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies based on data-driven insightsEvaluate A/B tests and experiments to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategiesCross-Market AnalysisCompare digital marketing performance across different markets to identify best practices and market-specific trendBenchmark performance against industry standards and competitorsData Integration and CollaborationWork with CRM, product, and operations teams to align marketing data with broader business objectivesIntegrate marketing data with app user behavior insights to improve campaign personalization and customer lifecycle managementCompetitor and Industry AnalysisTrack and analyze digital marketing strategies of competitors within the QSR and food delivery spaceStay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices specific to the Middle East regionQualification and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in SQL/ Python/ R or equivalent3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar roleExperience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Tik Tok AdsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or LookerKnowledge of analytics tools like Adjust, Firebase, or equivalentKnowledge & Skills:Strong Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, macros); Python or R is a plusUnderstanding of digital marketing concepts (CPA, CLTV, Cohorts, CRM, Tracking, BI dashboards)Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentationStrong background in customer re-engagement, and retention strategies
