**Experience**: 1 + years of experience in Customer Service/experience.
**Languages**: English/Hindi
**Qualification: Graduate in any stream.**

**What is HobSpace?**
HobSpace leverages technology through their online chess learning platform to provide mental agility skills to kids globally.
It is a one stop for kids to learn chess in group classes or individually, play games, solve puzzles, participate in tournaments and prepare for international ratings.
HobSpace has internationally rated teachers and conducts classes in India, North America, UK and
ME.
We are World's number 1 CHESS Curriculum for Kids. Kids from ages 5-14 years learn and play
Chess while also giving them a competitive edge.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service.
2. Should be willing to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently.

3. Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA.

4. Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
5. Develop a professional relationship with customers by building a good rapport.

6. Co-ordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year

- Evening shift

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400083, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
