**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative UI/UX designs that align with client requirements, preferences, and demographic.
- Generate out-of-the-box design concepts and translate them into engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Incorporate user feedback and iterate designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for design art through sketching and exploring new design concepts.
- Utilize knowledge of Manga, graphic design, and 3D art to bring creativity and uniqueness to designs.
- Proficiently use design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite to create stunning visuals.
- Have a Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure designs are feasible and responsive across different platforms.
- Experience in mobile app and web design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across various devices.
- Familiarity with basic concepts in React.js is a plus, allowing for smoother collaboration with frontend developers.
- Ability to develop iconography and brand designs that align with the overall product vision and brand identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of typography, fonts, and font eligibility.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning.
