Job Title: Visa Counselor

Job Summary:
Job Duties:

- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients on visa procedures, requirements, and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on changes to visa regulations and procedures, and communicate this information to clients and colleagues
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset and focus on client satisfaction.
