**Job description**:
**Job Location: Aminabad, Indiranagar, Kapoorthala, Lucknow.**
- **Role : Retail Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and returns/exchange policies)
- Answer customers’ queries about our line of clothing
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the founders/store managers.
- Stay up to date as we bring new collections.

Requirements and skills
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Pay**:₹ 12000-₹ 18000 per month + incentives + Wow Bill.**

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Experience:

- total work: 1-3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
