As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team and support our executives in managing their day-to-day responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**: Effectively manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Travel Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring executives' travel needs are met seamlessly.
**Documentation and Filing**: Organize and maintain documents, records, and files in both electronic and physical formats, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
**Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist in the coordination of meetings and conferences.
**Expense Management**: Track and manage executives' expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
**Task Prioritization**: Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines, ensuring that key responsibilities are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Research**: Conduct research as needed to support decision-making and information gathering for various projects.
**Event Planning**: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, both internal and external.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and professional attitude.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
