We are looking for a **Jr. Finance officer** with experience in financial operations within theEdTech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, andHindi to resolve payment-related queries.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy.
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Generate and analyze collection reports to track payment trends and improve recoverystrategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in the Finance Department of an EdTech company
✔ Strong knowledge of accounts and finance operations
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Ability to analyze data and generate reports
✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi
**✔** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
