**Job Title: Videographer/Photographer (Own Equipment Required)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Capture high-resolution video and photographs according to project requirements.
- Plan and execute shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and staging.
- Edit and enhance media content using professional software to meet project standards.

2. **Equipment Management**:

- Provide and maintain own camera gear, including but not limited to cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance as needed.

3. **Creative Input**:

- Collaborate with clients, directors, or team members to understand and visualize project goals and themes.
- Offer creative input on angles, composition, and other elements to enhance the quality of the final product.

4. **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate progress and any issues to clients or supervisors in a timely manner.

5. **Post-Production**:

- Edit footage and photographs to achieve desired effects, including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Prepare final files in various formats as required by the client or project specifications.

6. **Client Interaction**:

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address client feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure satisfaction.

7. **Compliance and Standards**:

- Adhere to industry standards and practices for visual media production.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in using professional video and photo equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to different project needs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with drone photography/videography.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and advanced post-production effects.
- Familiarity with different media formats and delivery platforms.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible schedule with potential for on-location shoots.
- Must provide and transport own equipment.
- Possible travel depending on project requirements.
