**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **Videographer** to create engaging customer testimonial and brand videos. This role involves traveling to customer locations, filming authentic feedback and stories, and producing high-quality video content that showcases our brand impact and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customer sites to **capture testimonial videos and interviews**.
- **Plan, shoot, and edit** videos that align with brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to **develop video concepts and storylines**.
- Manage **camera, lighting, and audio equipment** during on-site shoots.
- Conduct comfortable and conversational **interviews** with customers to bring out authentic stories.
- Perform **post-production editing**, including color correction, sound design, graphics, and subtitles.
- Deliver final videos suitable for multiple channels (website, social media, campaigns, etc.).
- Maintain organized records of raw footage, project files, and finished videos.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Videographer** or **Video Content Creator**.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**).
- Good understanding of **lighting, framing, composition, and sound recording**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers on-site.
- Ability to **travel frequently** and manage filming schedules independently.
- Creative mindset with attention to storytelling and detail.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **corporate or testimonial-style videography**.
- Knowledge of **social media video formats** and digital marketing trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating video production and editing capabilities.

**Soft Skills**:

- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to different filming environments and customer interactions.
