**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer relations and act as a link between the company and customers.
- Handle product promotions on time through WhatsApp, calls, and text messages.
- Ensure delivery of goods after management approval, on time.
- Maintain customer and agent data filing.
- Make sure company and clients follow contract terms.
- Track important details like:
- Goods dispatch as per deadline
- KYC documents
- Invoices
- LR copy of transport (for customer & agent)
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Presentable personality
- Problem-solving ability
- Team player
- Knowledge of Excel
- Basic computer knowledge
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
