We are hiring a **Helpdesk Executive** with minimum 2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Log and assign tickets to relevant engineers.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support.
- Maintain reports and track issue closure.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
- 2+ years of helpdesk experience.
- Good communication & customer handling skills.
**Salary**: 3.5 LPA
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹161,949.64 - ₹350,305.75 per year
